I was advised by the hospital to wait until after my next period before trying again, this was to make sure that all the product (their words not mine! Glad to say that I fell pregnant the month after that and now have a lovely baby girl who is 13months.I had a miscarriage in March and when I had my scan to make sure everything 'had gone' the sonographer told me that I was ovulating and that there was no reason to wait if we wanted to try again. I read on the miscarriage association website that there is no link between how quickly you get pregnant after having a miscarriage and having one with the next time.I began bleeding at eight weeks (before any scans etc) and sadly we were told that there was no sign of pregnancy on the scan.I never saw a period and discovered that I was pregnant again.

good friends are like stars you dont always see them but they are always there.... It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice....... I had a miscarriage in Mar then I fell pregnant straight away sadly I lost that baby too and after I fell pregnant again and this time everything was fine and I had a healthy little boy who is now 10 months old. Good luck and take care love di x Hey all, I see this is an old post so I'm guessing I won't get a reply but I'm going through this now!I won't test till end of Jan, crazy I know but then I can go for an early scan there and then, can't stand the waiting. I fell pregnant 10 - 14 days after my M/C (scan showed it was definitely a new pregnancy). My little boy was born healthy exactly one month after the first baby's due date and it was never seen as a complication that for dating my "last period" wasn't in fact a period at all but a M/C.The anniversary of my M/C is tomorrow (10 years) which is why I was here tonight looking at the messages and thinking about it more. I am so sad for what happened but in the end I could never wish it different because if I hadn't had the M/C I would never have had DS.It makes you think that maybe there is a plan to it all even if you can't see it at the time.
