Outlook not updating calendar schedules

07-Jan-2020 21:32

If events are created in a calendar that syncs over the air (i.e.

mobileme, gmail, yahoo) those events won't sync via an i Tunes tethered sync.

If you've noticed missing calendar appointments (e.g., lost meetings, delegate issues), or meeting updates from someone other than the original organizer, you're not alone.

This issue has been reported in organizations with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook (2010, 2013 or 2016), Apple i Phones/i Pads, Active Sync devices, Apple Macs running Outlook 2011 or 2016, and RIM Blackberries.

From time to time we receive support requests from customers who are experiencing problems with Google Calendar not updating the "Lobby Gov Events" subscription calendar feed.

Unfortunately, Google Calendar does not allow users to force a refresh of the calendar feed nor does it let users set a refresh interval.

Google also does not publicly report a refresh rate.

Simply go to i Tunes on your PC and "Sync" once again. I would check on your i Phone that the events aren't being added to another calendar.

On i Pod Touch:- Go to - "Settings" Select - "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" Move down to - "Calendar" section Select - "Default Calendar" Select - "Calendar" under "From My PC" heading (Blue dot) Now go back to your i Pod calendar and select "List" view.

Any appointments that don't have the blue dot will need to be modified, as basically only those with blue dot will sync to Outlook 2007.

So, I went into his i Phone, changed the home/work(green/purple color) back to "PC events (blue).

All of the sudden, the events were all syncing both ways. So, in final, make sure that with the i Phone 4/4S (i OS5) that you have i Cloud set up TOTALLY.
