James Harmon Duke, 24, of Texas, was arrested Wednesday morning by plainclothes officers dressed as joggers, according to SPD Officer Brandon Lovelady.

He was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure.

Lovelady said Duke was not exposing himself to anyone in particular and was not engaging in sexual activity. Wednesday, officers made contact with Duke and, as they were speaking with him, received a report of a man matching Duke's description who had recently exposed himself "100 yards" away, Lovelady said.

Duke, who was wearing clothes at the time, was arrested on scene.
